We are farmers that believe in food equality! We started our little store as a way to sell our pasture raised pork and chicken locally and quickly realized a need for quality affordable produce in our community. Thus sparking our journey to become The Marintown Market.

Our little store now provides many local families with high quality, fresh, and most importantly affordable meats and produce.

We believe that everyone deserves the best quality produce that is why we do all our purchasing in the number one section.

What's the number one section? The Number one section at the wholesalers is the premium produce; fresh, crisp, and delicious! We also purchase our produce locally when in season to help support our local farmers and artisans.

HOW DO WE DO IT?

We're a family run to help us keep our overhead cost as low as possible. We've also got our ordering down to a science to eliminate excess waste. Over the past few months we've had the chance to expand our purchasing knowledge and understand how much produce is needed to support our community. Our goal each week is to eliminate waste while bringing you and your family a wide selection of fresh fruits and vegetables.

WHAT HAPPENS TO LEFTOVER PRODUCE?

We donate it! Over the summer the majority of our leftover produce went to the Cornwall homeless communities. We're now donating our leftover produce to other local organizations that support those in need. Produce boxes are also donated to people needing a little extra help in our community.

Our prices for a bag of produce are significantly lower than those offered at grocery stores.
